Influenster x #OleGlow

So, I'm absolutely loving the Ole Henriksen Balance products. I'm normally dry but towards the summer I tend to get a little oily. These products are perfect for oily skin. They have an invigorating scent that leaves your skin feeling really clean and fresh. I feel like the cleanser makes my skin feel a little more tight and dry but again I have dry skin. I absolutely adore the moisturizer it leaves your skin "ole-glowing", even! I've definitely noticed my skin's oil/dryness evening out for the better.

I HAVE SOME SUPER EXCITING THINGS COMING UP! ...But I can't say yet! So I'll do a June/ July's favorites!

Temptu airbrush.... This stuff is my FAVE. Perfect in Texas heat, this stuff isn't going ANYWHERE! (Especially when you add a little Model in a Bottle)

My amazing cosmetics concealer line smoother & primer - Preps my under eyeballs for concealer and helps get rid of lines, who doesn't want that!? Annnnnd, my Naked Skin concealer, this stuff is weightless and just perfect, even makes for a great highlight.

Okay, so like the rest of the makeup world I'm loving some highlight right now!! This is the liquid Opal from Becca, it's safe to say I'm in love.

Well Dressed from MAC, I do have to kinda pack this stuff on BUT it gives you a gorgeous light pinky glow!

Did I mention I'm in love with lots of highlight right now? I believe this is called sun kissed by ELF, TWO BUCKS! It's so gorgeous on, a 12 year old actually told me about this product, and I felt compelled to buy it. But it's amazing.

I lovelovelove these eyeliners, always super pigmented, and they last all day long. And definitely a perfect base for shadows or alone with mascara for a great pop!

I have most of these colors in full size, but you can never have too many lipsticks right?? That's my story, and I'm sticking to it. Let me say how much adore these lipsticks, they last all daylong from a vibrant shine when you first glide them on and by the end of the day they have a matte finish (which I don't mind at all!) Put on a little ozone underneath and keep it on even long plus anti feathering pencil!

This was my first quick look with these new set.

Urban Decay's brighten & tighten face primer. Naked skin foundation mixed with Dr. Brandt's medium/dark matte bb cream (to darken the foundation). Naked Basics 2 palette. Glitter Rock liner on the inner corners of the eye, thick line of Moonspoon and used a thin line of Voodoo for a darker look and used Perversion in the inner rims. Naked flushed palette for contour. Anastasia of Beverly Hills Dipbrow in Chocolate. Ozone & Illicit from the Full Frontal Lipstick stash. Subversion lash primer & Perversion mascara (I'M IN LOVE WITH THIS STUFF!) Set with Urban Decay Ultra definition loose finishing powder in medium.  

And I'll be purchasing the Vice 3 on Friday! Can't wait to play with that bad boy, so check back with me soon!

10 Shades of Smoked...

As you can see, I've become quite enamored with the "50 Shades" trilogy, anyone else find it that addicting? Anyway, who is excited about the Urban Decay's new Smoked palette? (me, me, me!)

Sure there's a few repeats, but who doesn't just love a new UD palette? Oh and let me tell ya how excited I am about trying their new "Naked" foundation! I just wasn't impressed with Benefit's "Hello, Flawless Oxygen  Wow" foundation....Here's a rundown:

It dosen't cover nearly as well as I thought it would.
It feels like it's just sitting on top of your face.

Doesn't blend well.
Doesn't stay put.

But if you're just looking for something really light and quick, it feels more like a tinted moisturizer to me... And it is somewhat brightening. Maybe it's just me, thoughts?

Febru-favorites!

It's been a while since I posted anything, so I thought I'd do a few of my favorite things from this year!

Naked 2 palette by Urban Decay - I was so excited to get this baby for Christmas! Much like the first one, but just as beautiful! I love all these colors, I believe most of them are new as well.

It even comes with a two sided brush that is fan-tab-u-lous! One side is fluffy and the other is a flat brush.

and also includes a gloss in "Naked"! It's so beautiful on! It looks great paired with the "Naked" lip pencil. I definitely give this palette a 5/5 stars just like the original palette!

Urban Decay's 15th Anniversary palette! This thing is a beaut! It's got fancy case with a mirror and all... If your a big Urban Decay lover like me, you'll want this!

All 15 of these shadows are brand new! I've been going to raves lately and these colors are so perfect! But also good for a neutral look!

Okay, so I'm not the biggest nail polish fanatic. But I absolutely love this Zoya polish in "Demin" I got in my Birchbox (If you don't know what Birchbox is check it out here! I'll do a post when I get my next one.) I la-la-love demin, so I definitely dug this color! Zoya is a great product and all natural! You can purchase it on their website here: Zoya.com

Last time I got my hair cut my stylist (Liz at Looking Good Spa) recommended this stuff to me & raved about how much she loved it. SHE WAS ABSOLUTELY RIGHT! It's a little pricey, about 27$ for shampoo, 27$ for conditioner. But I got this sweet deal in the photo: shampoo, conditioner, full size hair spray, & a fancy headband for about 50$! I really adore this stuff, it's so hydrating, and smells amazing. You only need a small amount too, so it lasts a long time, plus it's all natural, and 100% Vegan!

So, lately I've been on the hunt for cheap drugstore goodies. Here are my new favorite drugstore finds!

L'Oreal's HIP Gel Liner

This stuff won't budge! Ever tired of reapplying that eyeliner on your waterline? Fear no more! I've  applied this & ever after washing my face and using eye makeup remover, and it still stays on! (Depending on you, this could be a good or bad thing!)

Yes To Cucumbers Facial Towelettes

Ever come home too tired or too drunk to wash that makeup off your face? Problem solved! These babies are inexpensive, get rid of all that makeup, & make your face feel fresh. Say "Yes To" these!

NYX Jumpo Pencils

I've heard great reviews on this product, and they're all true! I bought this in "Lime" and I la-la-love it! I plan on buying a lot more. Just make sure you put on an eye primer first! It also makes a great shadow base.

NYX Candy Glitter Liner

I'd never tried a glitter liner before I got this stuff, and let me tell ya, I adore it! I got this in "Crystal Aqua", this stuff is so fun, great for a night out on the town. It gives you that extra "pop" to your eye for a fun look!

Wet N Wild Color Icon Pallet 

I've been hearing great things about this new line from Wet N Wild on Beautylish, I was pretty skeptical at first because this brand hasn't really been popular since the 90's, ha ha ha! But, I thought I'd check it out anyway. Let me say... WOW! This stuff is great. I absolutely LOVE it! I bought the "Pride" pallet, this stuff is SUPER pigmented, it stayed on all day long (with Urban Decay's eyeshadow primer potion of course)! I give it 5/5 stars!

L'Oreal Double Extend Beauty Tubes Mascara 

Okay, so this is not a "new" favorite... But, lately I've tried two new $20-$25 mascaras (Bad Gal lash by Benefit & Too Faced Eyelash Injection) and they are nothing compared to this mascara. I swear by this stuff, it stays put all day long, though it is a bit hard to get off, I don't think I'll be using any other mascara any time soon!
